chestunnaru anna.. previously H4 ead job/rendo udyogam pai unna nammakam tho.. chana mandi locked for 30 year fixed mortgage with huge monthly payment (~5k or more monthly mortgage payment ) in the last couple of years. 

reality loki vasthey.. eventually one way of income stream aaginapudu.. people are doing wide variety of side hustles to afford huge mortgage payments.
