Multiple speeding tickets impact on GC/Citizenship

Hi friends,

Naku 2021 lo GC vachindi and 4months back AZ move ayanu.AZ lo photo cameras ekkuva unnayi and I got 2 speeding camera tickets recently (45mph on 35mph).One was in construction area and the other was in school zone.Actual speed was 45mph on these roads and during specific times it was 35mph which I failed to notice while driving?Do you think there might be impact on GC/Citizenship in future.I have another speeding ticket from 10 years back

The speeding tickets won't have any impact.. it is better to report them when you apply for the citizenship...

Like @r2d2 mentioned, you should report it in your application when you file for citizenship. Pretty much everyone has a ticket or two while applying for citizenship. I had a couple. Even DUIs they ignore. Multiple DUIs or serious offenses, they do consider.

Speeding tickets ekkada report chestavu vayya. If speeding ticket led to an arrest then you need to report it. Chill otherwise. But again as TS said if AZ treats regular speeding ticket as criminal offense(I doubt it though) it is a different scenario

yes, Ef Bea Eye checks fail avutaayi, 485 will be denied, 585 lo deport.

Depends on what type of DUI it is. If at fault and someone dies, its a criminal offense and automatic deportation. Deny cheyyaru gani dobbudu untadi, extensive background check ani cheppi file pakkana dobbutharu for some years.
