Its a boon for regular bus users. Good for them. But the new people who are using (who used autos, metro, their own bikes before) might eventually go away.

This might put a big dent on TSRTC income. Already state income deficit ani, why these freebees.

Every free scheme must have a defined income source to fund it 

Like 10% of Telangana GST income should  be deposited for free bus scheme . people will understand that everytime you pay GST you are paying for 

Right now governments are just borrowing debt and giving schemes without any thought of the future
