I-140 NIW question

I have GC - EAD

Na application meda, my wife got GC-EAD aswell, 

We both are maintaining H1B status

ipudu thana employer 140 NIW apply chedam antunadu, she is FTE

Is it better to file separate 140 when she already have GC-EAD or any other options?

why wife need new I140 she don't believe you or future divorce

apply chesina on her primary her pd will be some thing new , unless you want to have some back up in case of your 485 has issues (which is very very very very raare) , not much advantage bro

Gc ead use chestaru was under that assumption if yiu want her to maintain h1b no option yiu should pursue her 140
