Embassy is verifying employers current employers .. who filed from India ..

Fresh h1 applied through employer here ... I saw one relative direct refused ... passport also picked up ... But we didn't get any refusal notice ... Waiting for it .... 

 

Until we get some some notice .. it is not refused... Eagerly waiting ... Embassy made two calls to relative to find more information about the company he is working in India ... Employer information filed from USA .. 

 

Now got an RFE to employer ..
