The hypocrisy of Western Democratic institutions

Since Modi came to power, several so-called think tanks have repeatedly criticized the backsliding of democratic values of India. By questioning the democracy of India, they are questioning people's choice of choosing who should be and shouldn't be running the Government. For a country, that is so polarized, and can't stand on a single foot, the United States should have no say in questioning what is, and what isn't a democracy. For the people, by the people, and of the people as said by Abraham Lincoln, India can choose the person who can and who cannot run the Government. By questioning the democratic values of India, the US is questioning the people's choice. The US isn't a safe haven for free speech, you cannot speak your mind in the US, or you can lose your job because snowflakes get offended. The US isn't the one that should talk about curbing the opposition, Biden is doing the same thing to Trump. The US is just a hypocritic country with a pathetic democracy where the choice is between an old man who can't form two coherent sentences and an old man who can't keep it in his pants. So, pity the democracy of the United States, not India.

I don't see why we need to stand by and watch a country go communist due to the irresponsibility of its people. The issues are much too important for the Chilean voters to be left to decide for themselves.
