Go for nice old homes Quote

Genuine11 Posted December 27, 2023 Report Posted December 27, 2023 initially I narrowed down to these two places, but I moved to Charlotte for below reasons high home prices, traffic are major concern in Atlanta for me low traffic and reasonable home price in charlotte also I don’t see much pay scale difference in between these two places Quote

Schools are too crowded so school district is going with realignment. In the realignment they will be allocated to low to average rated schools. Quote

How are the home prices in Charlotte? Is it reasonable to find 2500-3000 sq ft single family home "with backyard" built later than 2015 for 600K in decent school district > 6+? Quote
