why its default in indian dishes…? specially in non veg dishes…

 

apart from health reasons is there any other reason..?

just to kill scent of non veg ani oka frnd told

garlic has so many medical uses but as we use in our dishes regularly we got used to it and it won't work as medicine for NV people ani oka homeopathy guy told

  • Reduce the smell of non-veg
  • enhances the taste of the curry
  • Our ancestors realized the importance of using ginger/garlic every day and made it a part of every day cooking. 
  • Most south asian countries use Ginger/Garlic or at least garlic in cooking.
