Premium pettukondi brothers. 180 days after approval date it becomes permanent I-140. Easy for changing jobs and security.

Go for premium processing. Peace of Mind is important than 2000 bucks.

MY FRIENDs 140 approved in 5 months ,  applied in oct mid waiting .. i have no rush ( i already had 140 with prev employer)

180 days after approval date employer cannot do anything to that I-140. Priority Date is locked and you can use it for h1b renewals and H4EAD.
