new GC uncles are around the age of 36-37,  just ask @csrcsr @Spartan about their age, they recently got GC.

Actually India has a lot of opportunities and good social life. Problem is with wives and kids. They got used to US life. Wives do not want relatives messing around or put a nose in our lives. Kids of course prefer USA as they are born here. If there is cooperation from them, a lot more people will move.

May be  thats too much of Money required to stay a stress free , happy life in India. below are enough

 

1) Good amount of Investments in Land.e.g., oka 4-6 Decent sized Plots by good ventures  in good growing areas.( You have proper investment that will only appreciate e.g., If you have 6 Plots in Shad nagar which you brought intially  ~4000-9000 per square yard  after 5-6 years that is alteast 4-6 times)

2) But Decent 3 BHK/4BHK/Villa and complete the loan before moving to India.(Own house no more load gives your family security and takes off 80% of your day to day tensions)

3) If your existing  company has Off shore own facilities in Hyd, Try internal movie as 1) it will increase your value to company as an asset here in India 2) Manchi Pay as per market untundhi  e.g., if you have 10+ exp. your basic pay structure  is  X * 2 +(variable pay) .. apart from 30% taxes if your take home is some where 1.5 - 2 L Per Month and if your wife also in the same ball park,combined monthly income is >3 LPM, then costs including kids education , you wil still be in top 10% interms of Purchasing power )

4) Dont think too much of high class schools for kids.. many of my friends over thought n their Kinds pre KG also in which case doesnt make any difference

5) Keep 30-40% of your income as investment every month. except money required for expenses rest should always go in as investments. Shouldnt sit in your savings. Keep investing in Plots where venture provides your installment payments.  Or USe  plots you have purchased  as collateral, keep regular in paying the loan installments and keep on buying plots.
