Kadu bro that was situation In my lowest point of life...

No job on opt.. was working in gas station got a job thru cousin... But said that I will get u fired from job if u don't pay em 1500$  settled for 500 finally...  Saying that u faked resume.. faked background check etc..

That's idiot tried to take money from me when I literally broke and finally found a job with help of my cousin... 500$$ at that time that was ton of money...

 

Depends on the seriousness of the offense. You need to report to tight agency. For eg if it’s related to payroll and report to FBI they don’t care. You need to report to USCIS. Again depends on details and the evidence provided.
