She refused, and that’s when things got violent.The woman was shot in the neck but was able to run away with her daughter. The suspect is accused of shooting both women as they ran. r2d2 Posted December 28, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2023 A brother and sister living in Palm Beach County, FL have been indicted in federal court on charges of health care fraud – totaling more than $25 million. Federal prosecutors say Erin Foley and her twin brother Ted Albin used their medicare billing company to bill the government for millions in fraudulent claims. The indicted 46-year-old twins own a company together called Grapevine Professional Services. Foley is also married to a veteran Palm Beach County sheriff’s captain. According to the U.S. Dept of Justice, the twins billed for fake orders of medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, canes and knee braces. The indictment says they submitted bills for more than $25 million over four years. The indictment says they also received kickbacks from other companies. Investigators say, along with private insurers, the Medicare program – which is for the health care of retirees and disabled people — paid out $9 million in the fraudulent billing scheme.
