Every single significant infrastructure project in Andhra is built by central government.  Bjp could have just given a free scheme and ignored infrastructure but they didn't 

Infact name any permanent project that was built in AP without central contribution in the last 10 years

It’s yaparam, politicians from one state own tolls of other state . If you take that from them how are they going to save hundreds of crores and secure their future ?  Koncham vaallu kuda bathakali anna.
