Telangana Chief Minister and state Congress unit President A Revanth Reddy on Thursday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, "Modi medicine will not work in the country in the coming days."" 

Every medicine has an expiry date. Similarly, Narendra Modi's medicine will also expire soon. Modi medicine will not work in the country anymore," the Telangana Chief Minister said.

Revanth Reddy also targeted PM Modi on the Parliament security breach, and said, "Narendra Modi always boasted about himself as a man with a chappan (56) inch chest. But he could not do anything when a common man entered the Lok Sabha and created a ruckus in the house.

"Modi ji, you could not stop a common man from entering Parliament. It is not possible for the PM to stop the Congress from hoisting the flag on the historical Red Fort tomorrow," Revanth Reddy said.

Hitting out at the BJP, Revanth Reddy said, "What the BJP calls a "double engine government" is actually "Adani-Pradani (play on the word pradhan and adani to describe the PM)."
