my friends are sr SDEs.. 140k and neny worked as sdet 120k for two yrs and left.. recent ga join sr dev leka join aina vaalu kuda same

one thing to note - salaries for people hired during covid may be higher than people who were hired during normal times. 

capital one raised their salaries 20-30% across all levels during covid. companies had to pay higher to get people when the job market was crazy.

This is true.. 2022 nunchi hire aina valla base salaries are very gud in Austin,. Unless u are hired to WITCH companies

Unless you are planning to relocate everytime new client project comes and stay low under 100k WITCH company jobs are risky.
