Your billing should be atleast 104$ now based on nominal inflation adjustment of 2-3% yearly. That is 26$ more then what you are getting. I see for your colleague, they might have done cost of living adjustment (of 30$) where as nothing for you unfortunately. You might need to ask for rise/or atleast inflation adjustment once in a while, they might have rised at least by 10$. You had good pay from 2011 -2016.
