Cheapest plan to keep my existing number active unte cheppandi vayya. Already have office phone but want to keep my personal phone number active for receiving calls/txts & whatsapp calls/msgs.

I would say move your number to google voice (for $20 I assume ) and then keep this number for life while you still get calls and text .When u want to port back number just pay 2-3 to port to Carrier from google voice

Recently i am getting messages from google voice that I haven't used my number in a while, so I need to make atleast one call otherwise they will assign this number to someone else anta..
