H1 to H4 EAD question

I am on H1 right now with approved i140. Want to get onto H4-EAD on wife H1 from my H1 for better job options as manager is too bad. Whats the current H1 to H4 EAD processing time? Can I continue current H1 job till I get H4 EAD? Please advise. Thanks in advance vayyas. H1 to H4 EAD premium option undha?

Yes ,you can do until change of status approved , only h4/h4 ead ki tine paduthundi but h4/ead also with h1 ayithy , same timelines as h1 , premium lo chesthy 15 days including all

You can work until H4 COS approved. I heard If H1, H4,H1-EAD all filled together in premium USCIS approving all at same time. Not sure if it is true for COS too. If not, you have to take break after H4 approved before EAD approval.
