2024 Inventory levels in the Housing Market - On rise

Recommended Posts

Over the last few weeks the Housing Inventory has been accumulating with limited number of buyers in the market.

Despite the federal cut ~1% , most of the buyers are still cannot outbid the home prices.

If the Inventory levels rise in the next few weeks, expect a correction to the home prices.

If the inventory continue to increase till april... then expect a huge correction.
