Cummings  is over priced/over rated.   Is canton,GA/Woodstock(Cherokee ) better or buford, GA(GWINETT) for a SFH?

looking for new home SFH. I’m married with no kids as of now. Searching in buford as it  has some decent schools and i can rent it out later

Nenu Johns Creek but Duluth lo 650-700 range lo oka community undi . Naa friends kontha mandi unnaru. Ashton woods builder anukuntaa. Also you looking only for new homes ??

I did check that community. Schools are bad. School diversity majority Hispanic and nalla sodarulu
