Neeku no kids kadaa. School ratings will improve by the time you have kids and they are ready to go to school. Also friends in that community have kids going to the elementary school, didn't hear anything bad from them

If you can afford, Your best bet is Cumming. Even if it is $50k more compared to Buford location, I would choose cumming. There are new constructions happening in outskirts and decently priced.

Indians less bro, drive through that area once, it looks peaceful but nothing much is going on in that place, suwanee is significantly better than Buford as it’s close to Cumming and even city as well

i know school rating change every year. I was expecting 9’s and 10’s for the price they charge for homeS in a suburb

I read your comments in this thread. You seem to be in a lot of confusion. On a grand scale, things are changing fast in ATL area. Either go for a pre-owned house in good neighborhoods. Or you may have to go further into the woods if you want a newly constructed house. Make a rigid decision about your requirements first.
