depends, pto's use cheskovachu, but money istara leda anedi depends on company, you can check with hr bro ? email cheyi hr ki and ask

some companies have clauses stating that you cant take pto when you are serving notice.

No you cannot use them. Sick leaves unte use cheskovachu .. 

Why do you want to use PTO though. You will get paid for any unused PTOs though.

It depends from state to state. Konni states lo companies pay cheyyali. Inkonni states lo use it or loose it

you cannot combine 2 weeks notice and PTO, 2 weeks notice is for you to help with the transition and not sit out

Most likely 2 week notice period lo PTO's not allowed antaru, which makes sense cause ah 2 weeks period lo they want to get all KT from you. Unused PTO's either they will pay you back in final paycheck or they die off anthe.

THis question is for ur HR as each company has its own rules....DB lo adigithe em use
