Hyd lo thokkaloo apartments kuda 2-3 yrs padtundi construct chesi, handover cheydaniki… building houses in a layout venture takes 5-10 years or so…

personally, I am not supportive of the capital in that place… vizag or vijayawada lo pedithe poyedi.. no need to build anything from scratch..

India is not a country where cities are built but evolved over a period of time. Perhaps all of Asia, none of the cities built survived on its own. 
 

What CBN did is just an attempt to create wealth for themselves and their supporters in the name of the capital. It’s unrealistic and economically not feasible. Not in 3 years but even in 30 years, nothing of such can be built in India.

He attempted something new at a big scale.. like kcr attempted mission bhagiratha and ysr attempted all those irrigation projects… it is for the overall good.. but with some benefit to the politicians.. these things require consistent investment over a long period to realize the investments and cannot be completed in a short term..
