I am thinking of not maxing out for next year ani thread vesa sometime back .... Did not change contribution for current year as well.

My company does profit sharing. Company gives 5% irrespective of whether we put money in 401k or not. Great benefit for those who do not want to contribute.

I am confused on exit strategy for 401k. Already has good amount there. But i was not able to convince myself. When in doubt i stay put, do not change or take decisions :D

I think the difference is RSU shows up in Gross but not in Net.
