Do they allow you to put into a brokerage link account so you can self manage?

if the self manage option is also not there, just put for farthest target date fund as that will invest in most % of stocks. And in next job change, move that 401k into an IRA and then you can buy S&P funds in IRA.

CA. Single income. This is with Bonus. It’s an AVG salary for CA. Sr. Manager role.
