They are entrepreneurs. So it makes sense for them as their extra time has direct correlation on how much they make. Their speak should be taken only for entrepreneurs.

It doesn’t make sense for employees who don’t get rewarded for extra time spent at work.

I bet they cannot utter working more than 40 hours when they are taking care of kids and family now that they are old and have nothing to take care of they will say all this bs… spend sometime with kids family so when they grow up kids can remember and speak I did this hike with my dad, I did go to this park with mom … I still remember my colleague saying “I  don’t remember my dad sat next to me in any weekday in his entire 30 years “ his dad used to work for GS leave home at 5:30am and come back home at 8:30pm
