Hired in Aug antundhi kadha and record cheyyali ani mundhe decided kadha. Sympathy games. Corporate la yevadi job ki no guarantee aa maatakosthe company ke dhikku dhiwaana vundadhu thedha vasthe.

Dumb move from both sides.

Feel for her getting laid off....but.

 

HER: she should not have recorded this, if she wanted to question back about the lay off process. repodduna court ki vellina, she recorded without our conset will backfire in first place.

HR: usually I experienced HR either directly give answer and wont drag this long.

They should never have brought up the Performance Indicator thing being the reason. That is where it started.

Actual reason is budget cuts...adi cheppali.
