TUNI train burning, Telangana agitation la violent cases, etc lanti issues lo criminal cases withdraw ante they don’t just withdraw the case but existing case nundi accused names ni teesestaru anthe and case will have no accused and three for four court dates tarvata as no one are accused, case gets squashed…and most of the time, veeti maximum sentence 6 months kante ekuva vundadu and most of them Will be dismissed as pity cases…

Now that there is no clarity on retrogressive ness of the case, it has to be entertained based on earlier verdicts. There is no clarity on cut off date, FIR or crime commit…
