So, basically ikada emi ayindi ante when amendments were made to PC Act Sec 17A, the lawmakers did not mention any 'in effect date'. CBN's lawyers used this loophole to claim he should get benefit according ti 17A citing Yeddyurappa case. Yeddyurappa case la investigation on ex CM and his son are stayed, but investigation can continue on all others accused ani verdict ichinaru. Ie case ni cite chesi, CBN's lawyers filed squash petition. Yeddy case la I think crime happened and FIR both before amendments and he got stay order..ichindi present justice Y C Chandrachud. So Yeddy ki ichinaru kabati naku kuda iyai ani mana visionary sendranna case esindu...

Ninna judgement lo chepindi emiti ante " Ae date nundi ie law apply cheyali ane dani mida clarity ledu" ...FIR filed date or crime commit date aina, rendu dates mida clarity ledu law lo so this case should not be precedent to all other cases ani justice observe chesinaru..
