H1B - How long we can stay in US ??

H1B valid till Feb 15.
I-94 (which is attached to H1B approval notice) valid till Feb 25 

6 years quota complete avuthundhi..  PERM application Pending lo vundhi.
Can we stay till Feb 25 or leave before Feb 15 ?

Perm apply chesi one year avutunda anna?? If so you can apply for one year extension if nit 

Did you took any vacation in tye 6 years period outside us a time kuda add cheyochu better take advice from attorney

What does your online i 94 (which is latest ) says?

if it says feb 25th then you can stay until feb 25th but you cannot work after feb 15th since your H1 is valid until feb 15th

Ok. Then you can work till 15th and stay up to 25th Feb.

 

how supportive is your employer??

if he is good and willing to support you switch to b2 and switch to h1 after 4 months

Employer is not very much supportive.
Have to check with Employer if they are going to apply for i-140 after leaving US.

@duryaodhana Iam sure you must have your own valid reasons, but why did you wait till 5th yr to file for PERM...koncham early ga cheyyalsindhi kada. ee paatiki PERM approval vachina aipoyyedi.
