True. No pain no gain ani vurike analedu. Rents ki ivvali anukunte, rents regular ga pay cheyinchukone satta or people kuda vundali. US is a different case, better than India.

Yes I have an apartment in Banjara Hills. Oka rental agency vaadu tega tirigadu nenu rent chesta, manchi tenents testa ani .. chivaraki oka professional ni techi pettadu ... pakka tenents complain cheste...we asked them to vacate.
