idi nenu db lo chaala saarlu cheppanu…

in my opinion industry is moving from resource based to domain based….

previously we have developer (backend , frontend) , testers (manual and automation), operate (who manages servers, deployments, network policies..etc) its kind 5-6 jobs…

now everything automated become like full stack developer and devops…(two jobs)…

so jobs become less…competition will be more…in this case we need to have additional skill like domain expertise…like fintech, insurance domain..etc because at one point of time BA layer also will be merged in full stack…

jobs will not go down, jobs will increase but the way job is performed will change

for example: Data Analytics will lose Data visualization developer jobs completely Data Engineer role will expand to feeding and managing Gen AI, DV folks can either upgrade or perish.

Atleast not the case now, also new gen kids also not in IT for long haul, know couple of kids who recently came in for intern iddaru looking not beyond 5 years in IT , their aspirations are interesting...

But they are real good resources

first of all…see the three factors..

-business growth

-technology growth

-no of jobs growth…

if businesses grows then jobs growth is there (its no matter that businesse using cutting edge technology or legacy..)

if technology grows that brings automation and that reduces jobs…it creates a environment like survival of the fittest (who learns every day they can survive)

at present i feel technology is growing rapidly but businesses is not growing that much…

all these AI..etc is starting stage…even some real business like finance, hospitals, insurance dont know hiw to use this AI for their business growth…all you see right now is just trail and error/ prototyping..etc…not reliable business usecase…

AI is a current buzzword vendors are using to cash in on the craze. It will slowdown after sometime but I can’t say how the future stands

corporates just figuring out how to use AI in business …

its not simple decision…every business has core business (which makes money for company) and org operations (which is internal operations and process)….may be they can introduce first in org operations but not in core business….

business growth has reached saturation in western world, wars dont stimulate economy anymore

this is where India will shine big time in the upcoming decade
