Basically 800,000$ for 2450 sq.ft home.. is it worth it ?

unless this is your forever home which is not likely, consider purchasing a starter home under 500k and upgrade after a few years. You’ll be making more money by that time and will be in a better situation and can easily afford something bigger

next 4 years varaku no plans...once my son went to college...may be i will buy somewhere with out this school district..blah blah..
