he is another socialist who has some good qualities , he laid roads, built schools and hospitals appointed teachers thats it there is industrial progress or new jobs in bihar , people havent stopped migrating from bihar , people elect him coz he is lesser evil than lalu family ..bjp didnt used to have considerable strength then, now things have changed ..

18 years is a long time. So, if you compare any 18 years in the past, you will see changes. No roads vs better roads, corruption vs non-corrupt....Such changes are common. Bihar is decades behind in any of the HDI's. Last of the Janata socialists who are still in power...

I'm not sure who referred Nitesh as the best CMs in India. He is the CM when India witnessed the worst floods in its history. Not Odisha or Kerela or Konasema, Bihar has seen the worst flood of the century...official death toll was put up at 500 but you know how Bihar works, official ga 500 ante actual ga 4x esuko.
