How to deal with CocaCola cravings

any center, any party/movie theatre

any suggestion to stop this habit?

It’s ok to drink once in a while but ekkuva ante kastam

I used to drink a lot too, switched to diet coke which also turned out to be harmful so now switched back to original but having it once in a while these days

drink coconut water instead for some days when you get these cravings

 you are probably just craving for sugar

ofiice lo chana kastham as soft drinks are free, so have to be in control
