I am not hiring manager, but some times risk position might go into cold storage etc else you should be fine anna  good days lo aithe easy wait chese valu 

Also some times position has to close in fiest quarter etc ala kuda issue avochh

March is not far off. Don't worry. There are many tactics you can employ. Neeku immigration sponsorship kavalsoste, aa procedure ee easy ga 2 months teesukuntaru. If not, say that you have to dispose properties and got some family commitments. ee commitments enti anevi entha extent ki veltaavo nee ishtam. From kids school to active healthcare for certain family members. Moving takes some time. You offer a concrete timeline that I can report to the job right away and would like to work remotely until XX date. If not, say you will directly join then. Offer ichaka venakki teesukovadam on this reason alone is mostly not going to happen.

But in this Job market offer ivvadam is great, my 2 cents.

If you get offer within Feb and joining data in Feb.... join immediately and mid march lo emergency ani India vellochu.

work remotely and in-person unte april lo vellu....

 

nuvvu vacation gurinchi adigite ...ioffer rescind chese chances chala ekkuva...even if there is scope for extension.

Tell them will join when ever they want , start date vacche tappatiki emergency ani vellu 

so you do not loose and they can’t offer to someone in that short time .
