Builders are controlling the market a lot... Chaala mandhi still renting houses in Dallas/Austin area and they are potential home owners and these builders know real numbers and based on that they know when to act and how. Quote

Neeku illu nachi, okka 10 yrs akkada untam anukuntey koneseyyi. The memories u build with own house >>>>>>> memories in rented home A misconception is that 'you own the house'. That's only when you buy in Cash. When you buy mortgage, the BANK /LENDER owns the house and it's collateral against your debt. House also means unwarranted expense such as heating, plumbing, roofing, flooring issues so on so forth. You pay anywhere between 1-3% property tax which can never be reclaimed. 1 1 Quote
