The problem with Baboru is his insecurity. Since the day he took the power from Anna garu, he was not able to trust anyone, not even his own party people from his own caste even his own family. If someone looks having promising political career even within his party Baboru will implant some other person to counter him, sometimes even someone from the same family. When a follower spends a lot of money trusting him, then Baboru doesn't get his back when needed. This nature of his, has created a distrust both party and even in public. 

YSR has this trust that Jagan inherited being his successor. TDP making introspection means accepting Baboru's mistakes, which basically can threaten his and his son's leadership. That's not going to happen.
