No he is in my team he went to snowflake for interview remove your notion from your mind maang every company is tech company every company you auve to go through Hacker rank, codility,  coderpad or some tool lo coding interviee rigorous system designing , it will not come if u prepare for interview bro I am doing same mistake it has ro be long term process also for coding don't chase leetcode many  problems and some people make show off , first conceptual ga string ga undi , blind 75 or grokking in educative lo 100 or algo expert lo 100 which covers all fundamentals avi important , and there is lot of luck factor if you don't connect with interviewer in system design it's gone

dont worry about these things anna believe in the process keep preparing long term plan but remember what to expect in tech companies 

and its two mode contract ki aithe you have to have the tech skills based on the interview that will be totally different , FTE ki tappadu paina esalu anni eyali. problem is lot of smart resources are in market edo 60% manchiga chesthe lopalki tose market laga ledu bro

funny thing. I left apple 2.5 years back. Same team lo same position open avuthey apply chesanu. Since every one in that team knows me, they asked other team to interview me. Vallu savathengaru nannu 😀😀
