Took almost 2 and half months, you can upload digital pic and oci site will let you crop it so no need to worry about dimensions

Yes, I sent my kids to indja and then applied oci, took indian visa which is. Laid for one year, aplly it online you will get it in 24 hours

Process is easy, 2 steps:

step 1: online application fill cheyi, before that upload kids finger print right thumb (we used kaatuka) Walmart lo dorkutadi finger print dhi or on Amazon. and photo copy adhi upload chesi information enter chesaka. Upload all the documents like Marriage certificate, kids birth certificate, passport copy, employer letter, parents passports,  visa copies and parental Authorization form. Better to get notarized first and upload all docs together.

naku notary pakake unde so two times velli chepicha. One notary is on parental authorization form and other notary on application form itself. 
 

Step 2: is to mail in the appliacation form after paying fees and getting the courier label along with the above documents. 2 photo copies kuda send cheyali..
