    Anyways, to the poepl who dont know, if you have a DUI, it will be  a major hurdle during your interview process for h1b and while processing your green card. 

    its going to be a costly process while processing your green , with getting a l lawyer involved and getting everything documented, Also depends on the What time you had the DUi and When your GC is being applied. 

    All Desi guys/girls please make a note , Not to get an DUI. it seriously effects your immigration stand point.
