Here is response from vfs to that question

Please be informed that the parents need to provide a signature on the applicant's US passport on page 3 where is signature of the applicant is mentioned and parents need to sign beside and provide a copy of it and submit it to process the application

So minor aite page 3 of passport finger print kavalaa or just self attestation by parents ??

Minor name raasaka pakkana mana sign pettali and in bracket write father or mother
