I mean in general every one has problems in their life .... ... I don't mean in terms of taking acting .. Curious on how people deal with the whole thing. 

Some people visit temples to get mental peace, some drink, reading books/watching tv, Exercise, talking to others, etc.

i just go with the flow and take it easy attitude. It’s not going to end the world. Being a practical person and workout helps a lot to take my mind off certain things. A supportive and intelligent wife like mine is a game changer!!

I try not to stay alone and keep myself busy.. be around people, gatherings etc..

Good ones.

There are certain things that make me happy. I try to do those things and keep myself busy.

I clean my home. Cleaning is a form of meditation.

 

Extreme situation lo I got out for walk or run.

Haha ... I will feel bad for an hour or so if we lose ... but nothing beyond that ... Root for the team to come back again next yr... :D

I think of all the possibilities that can solve problems.. I do something else other than thinking what’s worrying me. Just anything else, watch movies, songs, drive, running.. and keep working on the solutions I can think of. This worked for every time.
