My friend’s brother applied for an asylum visa but got a family emergency back home in India. What are his options to travel back, can he do that traveling via Nepal or any neighboring country? Can he fly to Nepal and then travel to India via road? Will his passport be still stamped if he travel by road? He is really stressed due to his home and visa situation. Please help! Quote

He will risk rejection of his asylum claim, for a simple reason, a true refugee is not at the luxury of doing back and forth trips. Quote
