Wrong it's Stephen Harper's government that formulated the express entry program. I don't think, they will scrap the program in entirety but some cap on number and streams will likely follow. Canada takes more immigrants than US per capita and the infrastructure doesn't support mass immigration.

what  we hear from nationalpost  and toronto sun is that next conservatives will cut immigration to 250k... which is curretly an optimal number..

another 100-150k to  for temporary residents student visas and work visas on avg they need to have avg net mogration to less than 400k per year lekunte ee level lo janalu vaste  brampton house prices will go upto 3mn and oakville to 5mn....

Also, there is no point. I don't understand why people are rushing to Canada when there are few jobs and high taxes. If I were to move in 2024, I would have given up. People are struggling to pay rents, pay for groceries and are not able to save anything. CDN $100K is new $60k in Toronto.
