Only sc's gets promoted to BC .oc's stay as oc's.

 

100% of cms are not oc,there have been Dalits cms as well.

Seema domination only started from 1990's with nara and ys families  ,before that,every region got adequate representation as cms.

4 cms were from telangana 

3 from rayalaseema.-neelam,kotla,sanjivaih

7 from coastal Andhra.-kasu brahmananda reddy,ntr,bezawada gopala reddy,bhavanam venkata Rami reddy,nadendla Bhaskar rao,tanguturi prakasham pantulu and nedurumalli Janardhan reddy.

 

Most of the cms were from guntur ,kurnool, Nellore and krishna.
