It's not about selling rupees in free market. What will it get if sells it for less ? The trade balance is tilted in favour or Russia. India doesn't have much to offer to Russia. To step up to Russian game is something India can't do unless there is a firm support of the population as all it's political parties are scared of US deep state.

oil producing countries are powerful now and have their own agenda which does not align with US anymore.

it is getting hard for any country in the world to align with US, US has no friends but vassals. even vassals will rise up some day. I smell nationalist govts will rise in Germany and Japan in the next yrs which will clear American bases and reclaim their soverignity.

 

Which is why US deep state has them in clutches through NATO, and UN and WEF. Seemingly, the general population are waking up to this reality and started protesting against the vassal governments in Europe.
