Renew US passport for minor

Did anyone renew US passport for minor ? Paina link lo renewal for minor ki info ledu , renewl for adults ki undhi.

Do we have to apply like a new passport for minors again ? And OCI kuda malla apply cheyyala when passport is renewed ?

A minor's passport may not be renewed by mail; to renew a minor's passport, you need to submit a new, first-time passport application in person.

Yes. Just like new application whole process. But not as bad as OCI which is ridiculous.

Apply as new passport
