Recently i read about her.. This is the problem when you move closely with bank managers.. they seems to help you but most of them are cunning fellows with criminal mindset. 

Police had to dig very deeper in order to get the evidence against the manager to get him into custody. 

NRI's should be very careful when you are speaking to bank managers. They can monitor your account and also have authority to change the Mobile and Email ID's .. Do not be friendly with them .. If you lost your access to the bank just raise complaint with bank instead of reaching out to manager.

Its common practice with bank managers in India. Normally they do this with permission of account holder, but in this case it looks manager did transfers on his own.

To reach quarterly targets of deposits or new accounts, they move money from high balance accounts to other accounts for a day and then transfer back. They do other things depends on relation with customer
