Most of senior members here either in mid 30’s or at 40. It’s high time for us to stay active and fit.

Aim is to workout avg 5 days/week.

I will update in this thread whenever I visit the gym. If you can update about your workout that would be great and motivate us all.

Started Focus T25 an year ago or so. very good results with weight loss. you can substitute some moves to low impact too. but without food and portion control, you can't maintain weight, but still feel energized while doing the workouts.

Best bet is to spend 2 hours at gym irrespective of what you do

there are lot of girls who show their bums / booty and **** in the gym that should be motivation to atleast have a chance to date such girl

with most middle aged Indians dont have such personality so you will strive hard to look good.

but the key is 2 hours at gym , before your kids and wife wake up

monogamy is overrated

👍 this is the best thing one can do, once ur circadian rhythm is set it becomes like addiction with full of energy. Keep doing for 21 days and ur body will sync up and u will be surprised.I get up by 4:23am -4:33am every morning without needing for alarm or reminder
